I haven't been able to get into the app since the month of April. It tells me I have the wrong username and password, or it tells me there is an issue with the system. I've cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing works. I generally made my 500 entries per month on the old app and on the same phone. So frustrating! It's now June and the app still doesn't work. I must I use the same username and password on the browser and it works. UPDATE: IT'S JULY AND IT STILL DOESN'T WORK

After reading all the 1star reviews I don't feel it's me or my phone. There's clearly an issue with the app login or shall I say not being able to login. Having all the same issues that everyone else is having. I've reached out to CA Lottery on multiple occasions only to be prompted to change password or username or both and then the app still doesn't work! So frustrating. I've had my account for a long time never had any issues until they updated the app or did something to screw it up. 0 stars

Worked fine until the most recent update.. Like many others have already stated, there are issues with logging in, then it Kicks you out every 2 or 3 days.. Also, even though there's an internet connection the app says there is no internet or even mobile data connection when that is not the case.. Aso, having the same issues when getting kicked out having to log in and the system telling me my password & username are incorrect when that is also not true.. Very frustrating!
